Money Orders or VISA - MASTER CARD & DISCOVER CARD accepted.

Returns:
We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on all returns and they must be pre-approved - please call us if you need to return an item, we'll work it out.

Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We offer no refunds on custom orders.

Warranty:
All warranty claims are between the purchaser and the manufacturer.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, call within 14 days of purchase for return shipping instructions. Merchandise must be in unused conditional and shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Arkansas Residents add 9.25% Sales Tax.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Foreign orders require extra shipping. Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser

It is important for you to know how we run our business so you know what to expect from us.  We travel a lot, attending various traditional archery shoots and primitive skills events nationwide.  That means we're not always in the shop to process and ship orders right away.  When we're here, we always try to ship your orders the same day we get them.  When we're on the road, we take care of them as soon as we can once we get back home.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Carriers:  On large items we generally ship via UPS and for the small ones USPS.  If you have a preference, you will have to let us know.  Otherwise we reserve the right to ship via whatever carrier we feel best serves your needs for your particular order.

Processing & Shipping Orders:
Orders being shipped within the United States - Most in-stock orders ship the same day or the next.  If we need to make whatever it is you have ordered, then it ships as soon as we can after the item/s have been completed.  (Items like custom bows, or anything we have to work on or create for you.)  If you're in a hurry it is best to call us and we will be able to give you a good idea of when we can ship for you. (If you're Alaska, Hawaii, or any other of the U.S. possessions and are non-continental U.S., your shipping rates may vary.  We will contact you and let you know if we need to bump your shipping fees.

Orders being shipped outside of the United States - We are not accepting orders via the Internet at the moment for orders that will be shipped outside of the United States.  The shipping varies so much that we never know what it will be until we actually box up your order and weigh it.

Note:  I sell many natural products.  Pine Hollow Longbows accepts no responsibility for shipping you items that you order.  You must check with your applicable authorities to make sure that whatever you are ordering from us is allowed in your country.  (See additional disclaimer at the bottom of the page.)

Shipping Rates:
Our shipping rates are based on the total value of your order.  We tried to simplify the ordering process for over sized items by  adding a bit more into the price of the item.  Still, there are times that an order is such that it has multiple packages, or multiple over sized items and we may be forced to charge you more than the posted shipping rate. 

Note:  If that happens we will contact you and let you know what the shipping fees are going to be - before we ship your package/s.  If we can not get in touch with you it will delay the shipment.  Please always make sure you have given us a means to contact you if we have questions about your order.

Returns:
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with everything they order from us.  Some of the items we sell, being natural, are not the same from item to item or from time to time.  We don't ship anything that we notice has a problem. If you ever receive anything that you're not happy with - call us.  We will work with you. 

Note: Shipping on all returns is your responsibility.  Always call first so we can discuss the situation with you.

Damaged Goods:
If you receive your order and something in the box is damaged - call us right away!  We allow a full two weeks after we've shipped your items for you to let us know. If you're not sure about something, please call us.

Natural Products Disclaimer:
All wild animal parts sold are legally taken in Arkansas or purchased from legal dealers in other states. No wild animal parts will be sold or shipped out of the United States. Before purchasing any wild animal parts make sure that is legal for you to purchase and posses such product in your state, county, or city. This is your responsibility and all legal fees or fines will be the responsibility of the purchaser, not Pine Hollow Longbows.

Stave Guarantee:
We have never and we never will ship a stave that we don't think will make a bow. We guarantee every stave we ship.  If you find something wrong and a stave fails because of a flaw, we will replace it. BUT in all fairness - We will not guarantee a stave if you break it because of a design or workmanship flaw.
